‘I’m glad Mr. Drew learns sense from me’ – Kuami Eugene fires [Video]

Award-winning Ghanaian singer, Kuami Eugene, has responded to Mr. Drew’s assertion of he been his senior when it comes to sampling other artists’ songs.

Speaking in an interview on Okay FM, Kuami Eugene said he has heard of Mr. Drew talking about him a number of times, when asked if he has heard Mr. Drew say he seniors him when it comes to song sampling of other artists.

According to him he has no idea about Mr. Drew making such an argument. He further indicated that given Mr. Drew actually made that assertion, then Ghanaians should allow him express himself. “Allow Mr. Drew express himself,” the self-acclaimed African Rockstar said.

“I’ve no idea what he’s talking about,” Kuami Eugene said in a quick response to Abeiku Santana when he insisted Drew made that claim.

But finally responding to Mr. Drew claims, the Open Gate hitmaker said: “I’m just glad that an elderly man like Mr. Drew is learning sense from a young man like me.”
