A public school teacher in Brooklyn has been arrested for allegedly raping his 14-year-old stepdaughter on multiple occasions.
According to the police report, Sergio Garcia, 26, a teacher at JHS 277 in Bensonhurst, was busted at 9:50 p.m. during the late hours of Wednesday for repeatedly raping his teen step-daughter in his home between August and December of 2017 when he was 21.

Upon been arrested, Garcia was charged with two counts of rape, in addition to charges for sexual misconduct, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and sexual abuse.
However, in the wake of his arrest, the Department of Education in Brooklyn hasn’t yet reacted to the news of the arrest of its member.
