After an impressive start to his new football journey, Ghanaian international, Kudus Mohammed has been ruled out of action until next year according to reports from the Eredivise defending champions.
The 20-year old attacking midfielder picked up an injury in his debut Champions League game against English Premier League champions, Liverpool at the Johann Cruyff Arena on Wednesday night.

Kudus Mohammed sustained the knee injury after a collision with Liverpool midfielder Fabinho which prompted his abrupt substitution from the game.
Giving updates on his injury, the Amsterdam-based club announced that upon further examinations the former Nordsjælland player has a meniscus injury that will keep him out for several months.
According to reports, the meniscus injury which he sustained in his right knee requires surgery. As such, Kudus Mohammed is set to miss all Ajax games before the winter break.
