Not long ago, did renowned Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson, take to Twitter to disclose her upset against the lack of support she receives for her works by members of the Ghanaian film industry.
Expressing her displeasure, she asserted that, the film industry is engulfed with hate and jealousy. Adding up, she intimated that, “you’d have to actually tell peeps in the industry to push your work,” before they do.
Stressing on her claims, she further indicated that, some ignore and refuse to show support.
Hours after lashing out, some industry players like Kobi Rana came out to respond to her claims stating that, she also refuses to support.
Even though she hasn’t responded to Kobi Rana’s reply, Yvonne took to Twitter to react to Gloria Sarfo’s intimation, which wasn’t different from that of Kobi Rana’s concerning Yvonne Nelson refusal to supporting other actors and actresses when they put out their movies.
Responding, Yvonne Nelson tagged Gloria Sarfo a hater as she questioned whether if the actress supported her when she was banned from the movie industry.
In a series of tweets, she wrote: “Gloria safo, i just sent you a DM, you say most of you had this impression about me, which of you people supported me during my BAN in 2010, ahaaa…your hate didnt start today. I even promote producers who owe me money….”
